Latoya Morgan (ANP-BC)

Latoya Morgan has been a nurse practitioner for over 10 years. She received her degree from Stony Brook University. She has a lot of experience in neurosurgery and in preoperative services (preparing patients for surgical procedures and assessing their optimization to receive anesthesia.) She now works in pain management performing trigger point injections. A trigger point injection (TPI) can help relieve myofascial pain, which is usually caused by a “knot” in your muscle (trigger point). TPIs are a common cause of muscle pain.
